£4,006.00Certified Intrinsically Safe (IS) Zone 1
Bring the power of assisted reality (aR) to hazardous conditions with the Realwear HMT-1Z1. It's the only aR wearable to be globally certified Intrinsically Safe (IS) Zone 1.
With it, your frontline workers can stay connected and enjoy real-time access to the information and expertise they need, even in safety-critical situations. For example, working around petrochemicals, textiles, oil or gas.
Powerful performance for enterprise efficiency
Driving the HMT-1Z1's performance is a powerful 2.0-gigahertz, eight-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. This enables it to run all the applications you need with seamless efficiency.
Take images of hard-to-access spaces with the 16-megapixel camera, or stream video up to 1080p at 30 FPS. It's great for professionals on "see-what-I-see" calls with remote specialists, allowing problems to be explained much more quickly and easily.
The adjustable boom arm houses the heads-up display, from which you can conveniently access documentation, schematics, diagrams and training videos. To the wearer, its size appears equivalent to a seven-inch tablet device.
Its battery offers an impressive eight to 10 hours of regular use – long enough to cover a typical full shift.
Ruggedised and ready for the frontline
The Realwear HMT-1Z1 is IP66 rated (dustproof and water resistant) and can be operated in temperatures ranging from -20°C to 50°C. It's also shock resistant to two-metre drops on concrete.
And with its Intrinsically Safe certification, it's designed for those hazardous conditions where equipment has to have ATEX Zone 1 and CSA C1/D1 certifications – to eliminate the risk of sparks and explosions.
Engineered for noisy frontline environments, this headset features four microphones with active noise cancellation. It provides accurate voice recognition with up to 95 dBA of background noise.
100% hands-free operation
Wear it with PPE – hard helmets, bump caps, safety glass etc. – without having to adjust it to get to the controls. It's all controlled by voice, for total hands-free operation.
